Refund policy

At Land & Land Co, we take pride in providing high-quality, print-on-demand wall art. Each piece is made to order with care, and we want you to enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged items – Your order arrives physically damaged during shipping.
  • Misprinted items – The print differs from the artwork you ordered.
  • Faulty items – Any manufacturing defect that affects quality or appearance.

If you receive an item that meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Clear photos showing the defect or damage.

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Customer errors such as incorrect size selection.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Slight variations in color due to differences in monitor display settings (minor color shifts are normal in printing).

Since all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for reasons unrelated to defects or printing errors.

Process for Approved Refunds/Returns

If your return/refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Replacements will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
